Since the day I arrived here at the Hogar I have only continued to learn more and more about what it is like to be a parent. I know I will never fully understand exactly what it is like to be a parent until I have children of my own, but this experience is giving me a good idea of the responsibilities of parenthood. Although it is very difficult to be present to the needs of 41 children every day, I am learning how to balance and carry large amounts of responsibilities. I am also learning how to love them all and be the best friend to them as I can.
